Well it has finally come that I have a weigh-in and was so excited to get on those scales and see how I went. Here are my before and after stats.

Okay, Okay so I couldn't resist. I did my measurements today as well. I don't know what I was thinking when I thought it was supposed to be the 19th of the month when it was actually the 16th of the month. I am only two days early :P.
So I am extremely excited about my week as well as my measurements. In the new year, I have managed to lose just under 2.5 kilos and I have also lost a total of 8cms from my body, YEW!!!
Lets hope that this continues on until next month.
