Day One

Here are my stats. It's hard to post this stuff up, but it needs to be done if I want to lose the 6 kilos that I had put on this past few months. As well as finish the goal that I had started all those years ago.

I have just started to walk to work (and my hubby picks me up) aswell but will have to see today, it's supposed to be 40*C. It normally takes me about 30 minutes to get there.
P.S. - Didn't walk to work today, the weather was way too hot, even at 2:45pm. But I did my aerobics video instead :).
